High Intensity Workout II

This is a 20 minute workout in which you must push yourself as hard as you can! There are 3 parts to this workout. The first part takes 8 minutes and you must complete as many rounds as possible of the following: 10 core crunches, 10 press ups, 50 skips and 10 step-ups.

The second part to this workout is this: You must skip for 50 seconds and hold the plank for 20 seconds 4 times!!

The last part is Tabata protcol: 4 minutes of Squats with an over head press as fast as you can! 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest 8 times….

This workout will leave you feeling raring to go for the day! It is very intense so make sure to drink lots of water during and after. It will boost your metabolism and make you burn fat up to 9 times faster than regular cardio training…..Good luck!!!
