High Intensity Workout I

This is an intense 20 minute workout which works all the major muscles of the body. This workout works your body both aerobically and anaerobically, which is excellent for fat loss.High Intensity Interval training is 9 times more effective than regular long endurance cardio. 20 minutes of  High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) is equivalent to 45 minutes of long endurance cardio.

You must push it as hard as you can in order for you to get the full effects of this workout, absolute maximum effort for the full 20 minutes and that’s it, your workout is done for the day. I hope you enjoy the workout, good luck!
